Reboxed ( Factory Refurbished) machines are in 'as new' condition. They are machines that have been returned for being incorrectly ordered, not required or the machine may have failed on arrival in which case the failed part is replaced.

All Brother ,Janome, Toyota, and Singer A Grade machines are checked and tested by qualified engineers before repacking and includes our full 10 year guarantee covering labour, carriage and parts.

Believe it or not we have never had a "REBOXED MACHINE" returned.Not all parts are supplied on reboxed

We, as a company would not sell them if we were not completely satisfied with the quality. Remember you as a customer always has the right to have your money returned if you are not completely happy.
