During the guarantee period if your machine is found to be in need of attention owing to problems caused through faulty components and/or poor workmanship, we will arrange collection, repair and return of your machine at no charge only if you have all  the original packaging,including the internal polystyrene.

WE WILL NOT COLLECT IF YOU DO NOT RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING,IF YOU HAVE THROWN AWAY THE PACKAGING,SOME MANUFACTURERES HOLD EXTRA PACKAGING WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE,RING FOR DETAILS..

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights and will apply only to machines purchased for use in the UK mainland and used for normal domestic purposes, and does not cover consumable items such as: needles, bobbins, light bulbs, belts, loopers, blades etc, as stated on the manufacturers guarantee document.

If we find that your machine is in need of workshop attention, our collection - repair and return facility will be quickly arranged. Please retain the original packing materials - just in case your machine has to be returned to us.

Most of our machines are covered by 15 Year parts and an annual service. Parts that are not covered are shown above, an annual service does not affect your statuary rights if you do not have it serviced, we again collect during the free service as long as you retain  the original packaging. MISUSE IS NOT COVERED.

If you do not retain  all original packaging you will have to post back to our service department at your expence and pay for delivery back,if you retain packaging we will collect under the terms of the warranty.

Also in conclusion people who profit from domestic sewing for a cottage industry will invalidate there guarantee,these are domestic machines only used for domestic use.

If you have youre machine,press,overlocker repaired by any other company,please contact us first as this could invalidate youre guarantee.
